If you believe that your T-shirt design or material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a formal DMCA Counter-Notification with our support desk.

To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication sent to support@truemanfashion.shop that includes substantially the following information:

1. Your full legal name, physical business address, telephone number, and active email address.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the specific URL location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your physical address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for the judicial district of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA infringement notification or an agent of such person.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Post-Counter Notice Procedure

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, Truemanfashion will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days. We will restore the material within this window unless our Designated Agent receives formal notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action seeking a judicial order to restrain the merchant from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our platform.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Truemanfashion maintains a strict operational policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. In accordance with Section 512 of the DMCA, we reserve the right to immediately terminate internal system access, remove storefront product lines, and cancel active fulfillment relationships for any partner, artist, or designer who is repeatedly determined to have violated the copyrights of third parties.
