At Truemanfashion, we strive to process and dispatch our high-quality shirts as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because our team begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed, we have a specific window during which changes or cancellations can be facilitated.
- The Modification Window
To maintain our 1–2 day handling time, our system is designed for efficiency.
- Cancellation/Change Period: You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 12 hours of placement.
- After 12 Hours: Once this window has passed, or once an order has moved into the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, we are unable to stop the shipment or modify the contents.
- How to Request a Change or Cancellation
If you need to update your shipping address, change a shirt size, or cancel your order entirely, please follow these steps:
- Email immediately: Send an email to support@truemanfashion.shop.
- Subject Line: Use the format: “URGENT: Order Change/Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.
- Details: Clearly state the specific change required or the reason for cancellation.
Our support team monitors emails from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST), Monday – Saturday, and will prioritize these urgent requests during business hours.
- Address Corrections
We emphasize the importance of verifying your shipping address at checkout.
- Before Shipment: If you notice an error within the 12-hour window, we will update the address for you at no cost.
- After Shipment: If the package has already been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we cannot redirect it. You may need to contact the carrier directly via your tracking link to see if “Package Intercept” services are available (carrier fees may apply).
- Order Changes (Size, Color, or Item)
To ensure accuracy, we handle order changes as follows:
- Direct Modification: If the requested item is in stock and the order hasn’t been processed, we will update the invoice.
- Price Differences: If a change results in a different price, we will either refund the difference or send a secure payment link for the remaining balance.
- Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window and before the order is processed:
- Refund Amount: You will receive a 100% refund including the $6.99 shipping fee.
- No Fees: There are no administrative or cancellation fees.
- Timeline: The refund will be initiated immediately and will appear on your original payment method within 5 business days.

- If Your Order Has Already Shipped
If you missed the 12-hour window and still wish to return the item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. You may return the package to our Houston facility within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items remain in their original, unworn condition.
