Intellectual Property Claim Policy

3. Our Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete infringement notice, Truemanfashion will:

1. Expeditious Removal: Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 2–3 business days.
2. Notification: Notify the party responsible for the material that it has been removed.
3. Documentation: Maintain a record of the claim and the actions taken for compliance and transparency.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. This must include your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error.

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days, unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action against you.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Truemanfashion maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. Any internal or third-party entity found to be repeatedly infringing on the intellectual property of others will have their access to our platform and services permanently terminated.
