3. No Return Fees

At Truemanfashion, we believe in a fair and transparent service.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
• Return Shipping: For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, Truemanfashion will provide a pre-paid return label. For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, but no additional administrative fees will be applied by our store.
