Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed? We move quickly to get your shirts to you. You have a 12-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. Please email support@truemanfashion.shop immediately if you need to make a change.

How much does shipping cost? We offer a straightforward flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order? Our shipping process consists of two phases:
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days.
- Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days.
Total estimated delivery is usually between 4 and 9 business days.
Which carriers do you use? We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.
How can I track my package? Once your order is dispatched, we will send an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
- Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Are there any return fees? No. At Truemanfashion, we do not charge restocking fees. For “change of mind” returns, you are simply responsible for the return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return at our Houston facility, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
